支払時期 / Payment Timing：
・クレジットカード・Amazon Pay：商品注文確定時にお支払いが確定いたします。
Credit card / Amazon Pay: Payment is confirmed at the time of order placement.
・PayPay：発送処理後にお支払いが確定いたします。
PayPay: Payment is confirmed upon shipment.

Pay IDあと払い / Pay ID Deferred Payment：
・コンビニ払い：ご請求後翌月10日／手数料350円（税込）
Convenience store: Due by the 10th of the following month / Fee: ¥350 (tax included)
・口座振替：自動引き落とし／手数料無料
Bank auto-debit: No fee

Amazon Pay and PayPal are accepted for international orders.

日本国外で発行されたクレジットカードは直接ご利用いただけませんが、
Amazon PayまたはPayPalを通じてお支払いいただけます。
Credit cards issued outside Japan cannot be used directly.
However, you can pay via Amazon Pay or PayPal using your overseas card.

注文確定時にお支払いが確定いたします。

商品のお届け時期

代金のお支払い確定後、10日前後で発送いたします。後払い決済の場合は注文確定後10日前後で発送いたします。ただし、商品によっては発送時期が前後する場合があります。また、受注販売商品については、各商品ページに記載の発送時期をご確認ください。

Orders will be shipped within approximately 10 days of payment confirmation. For deferred payment, orders will be shipped within approximately 10 days of order confirmation. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the item. For made-to-order products, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on each product page.

国際配送について / International Shipping

日本国外へのお届けには、通常より日数がかかります。配送状況は追跡番号にてご確認ください。
International deliveries may take additional time beyond the above timeframe. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment so you can monitor your delivery status.

返品について

Returns & Cancellations
注文と異なる商品が到着した場合、または商品に不具合があった場合を除き、どのような場合でも注文完了後のキャンセルはできません。また、お客様都合の返品も一切受け付けることができません。
Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed, except in cases where the wrong item was delivered or the item arrived with a defect. Returns due to customer preference or personal circumstances are not accepted under any conditions.
ご連絡なく返品された場合や、受取拒否による返品・キャンセルの場合は、返金も受け付けることができませんのであらかじめご了承ください。
If an item is returned without prior contact, or if a return or cancellation occurs due to refusal of delivery, we are unable to issue a refund under any circumstances.
注文と異なる商品が到着した場合、または商品に不具合があった場合は、商品到着から30日以内にCONTACTよりご連絡ください。弊社にて確認ができた場合、在庫があれば交換、在庫がなければ返金をいたします。商品に不具合があった場合でも、当社基準により「未使用品」と判断できない場合は交換をお断りする場合がございます。
If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, please contact us via the CONTACT page within 30 days of delivery. If we confirm an error or defect on our part, we will offer a replacement if stock is available, or a refund if stock is unavailable. Please note that exchanges may be declined if the item cannot be confirmed as unused based on our assessment criteria.

海外への発送について / International Shipping – Important Notice
海外へ発送する場合、お届け先の国によって関税・輸入税・その他諸税が別途発生する場合があります。これらの費用はすべて購入者様のご負担となります。
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees may be charged upon delivery in the destination country. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
関税の支払い拒否や受け取り拒否により商品が返送された場合、返金はいたしかねます。
If a package is returned due to refusal of customs payment or refusal of delivery, we are unable to issue any refund.
